Products are decorated when ordered. This allows us to offer a much larger selection of styles and colors as well as multiple logo options.
Orders are produced within 8 business days. Please see the shipping time chart below. If you need products sooner, please note that on your order in the "Special Instructions" section and we will contact you. Orders ship from Arizona.

How do orders ship?
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. You will select the service during checkout. If you have an event date and product must arrive on or before that date, please authorize a faster method of shipping by selecting overnight or 2 day shipping during order check out and letting us know the event date in the event field at checkout.

What is a valid shipping address?
We must have a valid physical address in order to deliver orders. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

How can I calculate shipping costs?
Shipping fees are calculated on the site as you place items in your cart. Shipping charges are only for the 48 contiguous states. Additional shipping will be charged for AK, HI and international shipping. At Checkout, you will be able to select your shipping method of choice.
